Decorative Tins

The other night a few ladies from the church came over and we began working on projects for the United Methodist Women Church Bazaar. The United Methodist Women are amazing at the amount of money they earn for Mission Work in the community and around the world.  The sell of these and other items will help promote Missions.

This night we concentrated on Decorative Tins.  These are so much fun to make and every one turns out to be an original!  Each tin measures 7″ x 4″ x 5″ and is great to use for recipes, photos or any other items you want to organize.  We made each tin to have 6 coordinating dividers with tabs in the tin.

This first one was created by Linda Hay.  Isn’t this the cutest?!  I think this would make a darling Easter Basket for a little girl…..forget the dividers!  Can’t you just picture this tin filled with Easter treats and later a little girl using it for her purse and special treasures.  How sweet is that?!

The bunny was made out of punched circles and ovals from Stampin’ Up!© punches.

The next Tin was created by Lynn Wanless.  It is so pretty and perfect for any office or kitchen.  Lynn decorated her Tin with a stamped and punched flower and a button and ribbon.

I haven’t finished my Tin yet, so I wanted to share one I made previously.  (I will get mine done and share it soon!)  This is one I did for the Christmas Season.  I love Penquins and use them any time I can!

The tins are Provo Craft and the Penquin embellishment was purchased at a craft store but all other products used on all 3 Tins are Stampin’ Up!©  and can be purchased from my On-line store.

And don’t forget – these Tins are For Sale – if you are interested in any of them, please contact me.  All money will go to United Methodist Women to fund various Missions.
